Turn the hemisphere during the assembly and make sure two hemispheres are joined into position . 4.Insert stainless steel bolt(M12*35) and then put flat washers and

Aircraft Warning Spheres / Aerial Marker Ball for Electricity Transmission Line/Power Line Marker Spheres

sales: hebeicp@qq.com   phone:+86-318-2135055 Aviation obstruction marking spheres are designed to make electricity transmission lines, especially cross river high voltage transmission lines visible for aircraft pilots. Colours of aircraft warning spheres are important issue. In installations of warning spheres, white and red, or white and orange markers should be chosen according to the background. There should be contrast between aircraft warning spheres and the background environment in order to be able to make aerial marker balls visible.  warning spheres are especially designed to warn approaching air vehicles of power lines hung between supporting towers. The spheres are used for daytime marking of cables at high-rise transimission lines,  transmission cables and river-crossing transmission lines.  warning spheres are constructed from two hemispheres that are connected to each other and to the elevated power line by stainless steel fixing brackets. Over the years, we improved our marker design and extended it to a variety of models that fit nearly any application and budget—from our low cost Redball markers to aluminum markers that attach to today’s high temperature lines. Talk to us about your application. We can help match the right markers with the job, provide the necessary quote, coordinate with your project schedule, and as needed, arrange helicopter installation.

Aerial Marker Balls

Sales: hebeicp@qq.com   Aerial Marker Balls help save lives and protect expensive infrastructure by making power lines and guy wires more visible to low-flying planes and helicopters. Marker Balls are typically used in airport and heliport approach areas and where power lines span long distances crossing canyons, lakes and rivers. The Model JX is available in four diameters: 9", 12", 20" or 24". INSTALLATION This Marker installs easily on any wire 1/8" - 1" (custom wire sizes are available) through the use of two UV resistant neoprene strip bushings installed on the wire to match the diameter of the openings (boss) in the Marker. The Marker is then securely bolted around the wire, clamping down on the bushings. COLOR OPTIONS Our standard color is "International Danger Orange;" (U.S. Engineer's Spec. 595-121197 or British STD. 381C-1964-No. 557) however, yellow and white are available as an option. In some cases, these color
